Jewel on the River - Resting along side the Roaring Fork River in Aspen, Colorado, this jewel is carved from ledger stone, copper and glass and shaped into a unique piece of art complimenting the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains.
The imagery of overlapping roof planes, and exterior sloping walls and planters gives the illusion of the home gradually descending into the landscape. This basic design concept visually lowers the perceived profile of the home. Refining the rooflines by stepping them back creates a thin, light edge detail that compliments the horizontal aspects of the stacked ledger stone walls. These vertical walls and horizontal design features are juxtaposed to create a true Frank Lloyd Wright style home.

Our firm provides the following
full-service architectural/design services:
(1) Site planning, building design, interior design, exterior design,
lighting design
(2) Preparing technical drawings to build the project
(3) Submitting technical drawings to the building department to obtain
building permits
.... (and any other pertinent governmental or regulatory board
approvals)
(4) Submitting technical drawings to contractors to determine construction
costs
(5) Assisting the client to select a contractor and negotiating all contracts
(6) Overseeing the onsite construction to verify the contractor is building
according to the
